Individuals, in groups of between 9-15, can attend the seven-week workshops in a variety of ways including:
Health Masters In-house Groups where individuals meet in a designated room at the workplace.
Health Master Virtual Groups where individuals meet using a telephone conference line (this option is good for those who want to maintain anonymity – the option to use an alias is available-released in Feb 2016)
A combination of these two to best fit your organization’s needs
1.Want to improve their own mental–emotional health or that of their loved ones.
2.Need support to overcome a mental health struggle or illness.
3.Need support after a relationship break up.
4.Have experienced a workplace bullying or anger incident or those wanting to eliminate these types of behaviours.
5.Need to improve their ability to manage stress and increase resiliency.
6.Understand the importance of gaining valuable strategies to help deal with mental wellness issues that are part of everyday life.
2.One month to set your website up with registration features and functions and pro-motional tools with your branding.
3.Four weeks to promote and fill a Health Masters group.
2.Your company must be set up with email and web access.
3.A commitment from leadership.
4.A private room booked for one hour per week for up to 15 people with chairs a table or in the case of virtual sessions, a telephone and speaker.
5.One hour a week for seven weeks for the sessions and an additionally 40-60 minutes per week for each participant to spend on the e-learning assignments
2.The host sends out promotional materials to all eligible participating who will then self register online.
3.The host books a room and arrives 15 minutes early to prepare the room with all appropriate handouts printed from the website.
4.The first session is carried out with Health Masters facilitator played via video by the host.
5.Participants complete weekly activities of 40-60 minutes of e-learning assignments during the week. Check-ins are carried out by telephone or in-person with tips and emails sent by the facilitator.
6.Psychometric measures assess progress and aggregate reports are provided to alli-ance partner for review.
2.Promotions Requirement – Creating policy that requires employees who want to be promoted to successfully complete 6 Health Master workshops and receive a certificate of completion.
3.Employee Reimbursement. Invite employees to participate and benefit from Health Master sessions to improve: Emotional Quotient, Relationship Skills, and to Create a Higher Quality of Life. The program cost of $249 will be covered by the employ-ers and individuals who complete the program will receive a certificate of comple-tion and not be required to pay.
